Revd Dominic De Souza Dominic is the Senior Minister at LGCC. Formerly he was a pastor at Kensington Temple, London, where he also served as Director of Training/ Principal overseeing colleges such as the International Bible Institute of London and the Kensington Temple Institute of Education. Dominic studied Theology at Cambridge University and has a passion to reach the lost and form Christ in people. One of his major desires is to equip the Church to defend and articulate the Christian faith clearly and intelligently within the evangelistic context. Dominic is married to Jodi and they have one son, Kobie. |

Jodi De Souza Jodi heads up STORM, the Women's Network at LGCC and is actively involved in ministering and leading alongside her husband Dominic. Jodi is a theatre director and playwright by profession. Currently she holds the post of Artistic Director for The Humble Theatre Company. She has a desire to use the arts not only to entertain but to challenge, provoke and inform, and her directing work has taken her from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to the West End. Jodi also spearheads SOAR, our school of arts in Letchworth. In 2001-2002 Jodi trained for ministry and church leadership at Bible School, where she graduated as top student. |

Paul Folland Paul is an Assistant Pastor of Letchworth Garden City Church. He and his wife Caroline have served at Letchworth Garden City Church for 10 years. Paul has also been to Hillsong International Leadership College. Paul is currently studying for a MTh and has a heart to see the church connected to the local community. |

Sarah Parkinson
As Office Manager and creative designer Sarah brings a combination of dynamic creativity and solid organisation to our team. Married to Chris, Sarah has a heart for Church to be the 'God thing' it is supposed to be. |

Jessie Stewart (Currently on maternity leave) Jessie is the Assistant Administrator at Letchworth Garden City Church. After graduating from Regents Theological College in 2002 Jessie moved to Letchworth after receiving God's call to serve in the local church and community. Here Jessie met her husband Graeme and they both lead LGCC's worship team under Graeme's direction. Jessie's heart is to see people worshipping with complete freedom and for lives to be changed as they do so. |

Karen Cooper
(Currently on maternity leave) Karen is Letchworth Garden City Church's Kids' Network Leader. She is passionate about seeing this generation come to know Christ as their Saviour and Karen's work with the G7 Kids Club sees 80% of it's kids coming from unchurched homes. Karen is married to Paul and they have one daughter, Lily-May. |
Diane Hillier
Diane is our office administrator. Diane has a real heart to bring excellence to the Church Office
Administration function and to raise LGCC to the next level. She is
crazily passionate and enthusiastic about her work and would love to
channel this energy into the church's vision to grow LGCC and to serve
the people of our community.
